Jacob (JW), was born 2 1/2 months early, his in the NICU fighting everyday. He currently wieghs 5lbs7oz, he started at 2lbs8oz. He has a small hole in his heart and will mostly likely have heart surgery before he's 6months old. He loves Dinosaurs, especially Triceratops.
