Wesley has the biggest personality I’ve ever seen in a toddler. He has big crystal blue eyes and bleach blonde hair. He loves animals and loves to play outside. He also loves his 3 month old baby sister so much. He’s so smart and outgoing and could make your bad day turn into the best day just by seeing his smile.
